Booking Policy: To make a reservation, guests must pay via bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with the host.
Cancellation Policy: Guests are not allowed to cancel their booking. Cancellations are non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability, with no extra charge. Late check-out is not available, but guests may leave their luggage with the host until 14:00 upon agreement.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed per villa is stated on the booking page.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the villas.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
